Benny is my "failed" foster. Together, we've placed around 7 bassets with BRBR. We've now been together for 8 years and have lived in 4 homes together. In March 2020, we cuddled in bed as our Nashville home was torn down around us by a tornado. While it was very scary, Benny & I got to live the high life for the next year, staying in the tallest residential building in Nashville as we rebuilt our home. From the 33rd floor, Benny was able to observe all of North Nashville. He and I have truly survived it all and he gives new meaning to the fact that he rescued me rather than vice versa! When he's veryyyyy sleepy, his tongue hangs out which tells me it's time for bed. We hope to foster again soon but until then, it's the two of us against the world!
