Duke was in the basement snooping around while I was looking for paperwork. He found my Daughters stuffed animal from her teen years box. He picked it up with his teeth and walked past me, looked up at me as to say, "I'm taking this and making it mine" and proceeded to drag the HUGE stuffed turtle pillow and claimed it as his own. He tried several times to pull it of the bed unsuccessfully so, I put it on the bed for him. He sleeps with it on my bed every night.
Duke loves his nightly walks and struts along as if he owns the neighborhood. He loves his baths and loves to play. He loves his Solid Gold, Bison dog food. He loves his bones from Braungers and he is very active for a Bassett. He is part of the family and is loved very much !!
