Ike is a Belly Rubs rescue found wandering the road with his gal pal Tina. Both dogs were in rough shape when they were found; sadly Tina didn't make it and the road to recovery was a rough one for Ike, but with lots of love and care from the folks at Belly Rubs Basset he was nurtured back to health and went to his forever home in January 2012.

A southern gentleman by birth he is now a proud member of the Red Sox nation and is learning to drop his "r"s like any true Bostonian. When not chasing squirrels in the back yard with his dog brother Lager, Ike enjoys long walks in the city and weekends on Cape Cod. Pictured here he enjoys an Autumn day on the Cape.
