Ikey became a Bostonian in January 2012. Before that, he was roaming the streets of Blounty county TN before BRBR took him in and lovingly nursed him back to health.

Since joining our family, Ike has become the official guard basset; warning us of any dangerous squirrels, birds, mailmen or cyclists that may pass by the house. He especially loves to sit on his perch, the landing on the staircase, from where he can watch the world go by and warn us ( and the neighbors) of any approaching danger. Silly Ike!
