Four years ago, we visited Berea ARF to meet a cat we were considering adopting. As I completed the paperwork, Ella—housed in the neighboring cage—reached her paw out toward me. That single moment changed everything. I like to joke that she was the impulse addition at checkout.

Ella has since become a beloved member of our family, known especially for her love of television. Her favorite program is Wheel of Fortune, which we enjoy watching together whenever we can.
