Your Pet's Story or Bio
Dakota was born in TN and came to MA as a rescue. His first family abused him, making him live in a crate that he couldn't even stand up in, making him eat lying down, and letting the kids kick his crate. When they finally decided they didn't want a puppy anymore, they turned him in to a different rescue where we found him. He has his CGC and is retired from Therapy Dogs Int. where he worked with Alzheimer's patients. In this picture he is modeling the tiara that I wore to chemotherapy when I was being treated for colon cancer. He was an excellent nurse. Hobbies included hiding from stiff breezes, barking at the UPS and FedEx men, and shedding profusely. He is a typical Pyr and loves anyone and anything...as long as they don't come within 3 blocks of his yard.
