Pet's Story or Bio
We adopted Ruby from Petsearch in Washington PA. I saw her at the Butler County Humane Society and instantly knew she would be a perfect fit for our family! BCHS picked her up in their area when she was abandoned in an apartment with a cat. Her owner had moved out and just left the animals locked in the apartment. I went back frequently to see Ruby and find out if she was available yet. Eventually she was taken back to Petsearch and I thankfully got into contact with them! Petsearch rescues dogs from the Virgin Islands and Ruby was surrendered by her owner due to the fear that she was in danger of being killed by someone trying to catch her, shoot her, or possibly use her for dog fighting. Ruby has been with us for almost three years now and has three siblings she loves! Our hearts wouldn't be nearly as full without this sweet girl!
