Penelope is a smart, loving, playful, and spoiled Westie. She’s the best fur-ball that blessed our family. Penelope loves everyone she meets, enjoys walks around the neighborhood, lots of peanut butter, and plenty of belly rubs. We love our feisty little Westie and she hopes to spread some love to you!
