Pet's Story or Bio
Cash is the dog who introduced us to the rescuing world. He was our first foster and our only foster fail, So far! He is 4 years old and is an American Staffordshire Terrier American bulldog mix. Cash came to us through a phone call late one night that he needed removed from acertain situation in a bad area. We decided we would make the trip to pick him up. Later learning his parents were both believed to have been part of a fighting ring, his mom used to breed litter after litter amd his dad a fighter. Cash was 1 of the chosen out of his litter for his strength and size as a puppy. Fortunately for us Cash was too affectionate and showed no signs of aggression. A good samaritan came along and feared that he would be used as bait, he was then taken and we removed him from the situation. He came to us at 10 months old and was as pretty as could be and as sweet as ever. He was our first bully and developed our love for the breed almost instantly. Cash has been with us for a little over 3 years now and he has proven to be the best dog ever. He has graduated 3 levels of obedience classes and is on his way to take his canine good citizen test! He has made this mama proud and is a great representative for his breed.
