Pet's Story or Bio
Baxter is a rescue story from South Carolina. His mama and 8 siblings came up to the Pittsburgh area and we got to start loving him through adoption at 8 weeks. He was the last left to be adopted, likely due to his funky character of awesome spots. His DNA test shows at least 60 percent bully breeds as well as some chow chow which implies fighting intent within the bloodline. Yet, Baxter is a gentleman, a ladies man, and overall a snuggle butt. Our appreciation for bully breeds has inspired a future of rescues for our family and likely a new bully baby sister for Baxter in the near future. I had Golden Retrievers for three eras of dog lives and this new bully rescue mission has now simply stolen my heart. Baxter is the perfect poster child and calendar boy for the beauty of love for this breed.
