Pet's Story or Bio
Bo AKA Bird or Birdie came to my home as a foster from New Mexico. He was only 4 months old and he had been dumped on a country road. He was picked up and dumped again with a FFTF rescuer. He arrived to Colorado with a severe case of rickets and he had just survived parvo. His health was our #1 priority. He was such a happy, sweet puppy that deserved this chance and after all he'd been through, I foster failed on Bo a few months later. Bo is truly a survivor. He's been with me every since. Bo has grown into a healthy, happy and sometimes goofy 60lb "itty pitty." He loves all people, toys, napping, sun bathing, snacking, road tripping, going to the lake to wade in the water, and most of all, he loves wrestling with his tripawd sister, Riley. He's also very smart and knows a lot of tricks. I appreciate Bo's resilience and his tenacity for living in the moment after all he's been through. His life has changed for the better and he's taught me a lot too.
