Rules

• The top 13 vote-getters will have their pet professionally photographed by Bina Photography for the 2023 calendar.
• Entries featuring two dogs will share a month if they place among the top 13 vote-getters.
• If your dog is one of the 13 to be photographed for the calendar, you must be able to bring your dog to Bina Photography Studio located at 8484 S Valley Highway, Englewood, Colorado 80112 on the agreed date and time for the pre-session consultation and the professional pet portraits on another day and time between July 15th and September 15th, 2022. 
• If you are unable to commit to a photo session during those times or find yourself unable to travel to the studio, you forfeit your winning spot and the next top vote-getter will take your pet's spot in the calendar, no exceptions.
• All winners will have the opportunity to purchase products and images following their session if desired.

Weekly Mini-Contest Prizes:

One pet each week who receives the highest number of new votes for a particular week will win a mini-contest prize from one of the participating businesses. In the event of a tie for that week's most votes or if there are no new votes for that week, a random computerized drawing will be held for all eligible dogs.

• The submissions period starts at 12:00 AM (Mountain Time) on Sunday, May 22, 2022 and ends at midnight (11:59:59 PM Mountain Time) on Saturday, July 9, 2022.
• Each entry is a $5 donation.
• Only rescued dogs can be featured in the calendar.
• Photos that do not follow these rules will not be eligible to win with no opportunity for a refund.
• Up to two dogs from the same household
• People are not allowed in photos, only your pet(s).
• Entry photos that include two pets will share a month if they place among the top 13 vote-getters.
• All photos must be uploaded; we cannot accept printed photos.
• Copyrighted professional photos are not allowed.
• Contest entry fees are tax-deductible. The email acknowledgment to your online donation serves as your tax receipt.
• Any photograph that includes content that is deemed inappropriate, indecent, or obscene, as determined by Bina Photography in its sole discretion, will be removed from the contest with no opportunity for a refund.
• No bullying or rude comments of any kind towards another contestant will be tolerated and the participant will be removed from the contest. Donations made will not be refunded.
• Posting more than one photo of your pet does not increase the chances of winning.
• The winners of the photo contest will be determined by the top 13 entries that receive the most votes.
• The same pet can only win once and it will not be allowed to be featured twice in the calendar.

• The Voting Period starts at 12:00 AM (Mountain Time) on Sunday, May 22, 2022 and ends at  midnight (11:59:59 PM Mountain Time) on Saturday, July 9, 2022.
• Each $1 counts as one (1) vote.
• All donations from voting are non-refundable. Entries and donations must be made via the online contest page. Contest payments online are through a secure site.
• Contest votes are tax-deductible. The email acknowledgment of your online donation serves as your tax receipt.
• All winners will be determined by electronic vote tabulations under the supervision of GoGoContest, whose decisions are final and binding.

• The top 13 vote-getters will win a professional in-studio pet portrait session by Bina Photography between July 15th and September 15th, 2022.
• If you are unable to commit to a photo session during those times or find yourself unable to travel to the studio, you forfeit your winning and the next top vote-getter will take your pet's spot in the calendar, no exceptions.
• The top vote recipient will win the coveted cover photo for the 2023 calendar. The following 12 recipients with the most votes will be eligible to have their pet featured as a pet of the month.
• Bina Photography will choose the best image of the pets to be used in the calendar as well as which month that image will appear.
