Roobea came to us as a foster in July of 2022. We had just unexpectedly lost our dog Penny a few days prior and I wasn't sure if I was emotionally ready to take on another foster dog, however, I quickly found that having Roobea with us was exactly what we needed to heal all of our hearts. She made us laugh and smile again during a very dark period of our lives, and she just fit so perfectly in with our pack that we decided she needed to stay with us forever.
