Harvey is a Havanese, rescued from the Adams County Animal Shelter in 2017. He was picked up as a stray and seems to have had a very rough early life. He has slowly settled in to his forever home, he loves chasing squirrels, and he’s never met another person he doesn’t like. Harvey is the sweetest little angel.
