Bindi was only 9 weeks old, severely abused and about to die when she was relinquished to the emergency vet hospital I was working for at the time. With appropriate veterinary care and a lot of love, she was able to make a full recovery from her illness and the emotional and physical abuse she had endured. She has come a long way since we first adopted her! Eventhough she is overprotective of her family and home, she has overcome her fear of men and will approach them on walks. She has become an integral member of our family.
