I took my baby in when my neighbor went on vacation for a few weeks and left her outside. I started feeding Pearl and taking her in at night. When my neighbor came home, I told her that her cat was at my house. When the neighbor came to get her, Pearl ran away from her. My neighbor said I could keep her. Pearl was and is meant to be mine.
