Harriet Potter was adopted from the Putnam Humane Society along with her brother Sirius Black. The blonde lightning bolt on her forehead reminded the shelter workers of Harry Potter's scar, and this was the inspiration for her name. She lives in Mahopac with Sirius, Zazu the lovebird, and their humans, Henry and Anne.
