Pet's Story or Bio
Robbie, “Pet of the Week” was found ‘near’ our county’s animal shelter. He was described as ‘aged, blind, deaf and FIV positive.’
When I adopted him, my vet found he was dangerously anemic due to fleas, had a stage 4 heart murmur, and a blood pressure of 180+.
He has overcome a great many fears in the past year, including food insecurity, and tremendous fear of abandonment- and fear of my other cats. Now he gets to eat whatever he likes and sleeps in his choice of beds.
