Hopie was 6 weeks old when she was attacked by a hawk, so she was left with gaping holes for eyes.
She was rescued by Axel who raised her for two years before cat allergies forced him to give her up.
Jools adopted her and facilitated an eye enucleation surgery.
Hopie's now a happy, healthy, and hysterically comical nine-year-old, loving life with her 'brother' Jack-in-the-Box (a 17-lb Siberian Forest Cat who was found in a box on a lawn at an apartment complex).
Jools has had the best luck finding the most awesome cats!
