Oopsie is a double merle Aussie who is deaf and part blind from birth. Oopsie is a constant ray of sunshine and loves to play with all the new fosters that come to her home. She is a smart little girl and knows many hand signs for her commands. She is a constant joy and great helper at events for BDRA.
