Timothy was rescued from a shelter by BDRA a day before he was scheduled to be put down. He was a matted mess when he came to the shelter and was HW positive. I have been fostering while he underwent HW treatment. Timothy has charmed everyone he meets. He is wonderful with other dogs and never met a person he doesn't like. Timothy is perfect in every way.
