Your Pet's Story or Bio
As a youngster, Poppy LOVED to wander even though blind and consequently she was well-known by Animal Control. Usually all went well but one day she ventured onto a highway and was struck by a car. She managed to get hit right in front of a vet clinic though and the vets immediately repaired her broken leg. They then called AC who, this time, contacted rescue. I ended up adopting her and though she is still rambunctious (and VERY talkative), her wandering days are over and she is now safe and happy :)
