Hope is a double dapple mini Dachshund. She is the product of a backyard breeder and was born without eyes and is completely deaf. Hope was surrendered to Dachshund Rescue North America by her previous "owner" with a choke chain around her neck.

Despite Hope's disabilities, nothing stops her from living her best life. She loves to meet new people and will happily greet them with kisses. Her favorite pastime is running around the backyard with a smile on her face and her tail wagging.
