Share a little about your pet
Selena is a red eared slider. She has been living in my preschool and kindergarten classroom and loves spending quality time with the students! As a classroom pet, she is a big fan of early literacy and enjoys listening to the children read aloud. Selena recently moved back in with us and her newborn baby brother (human, not turtle!), but is definitely going to be happy when I return to teaching and she can return to the classroom and be with her buddies again!

Swimming, basking, digging in her rocks, and mealworm treats

Loud noises, being ignored (my girl loves attention!)
