Hilly came into our lives already in her senior years after a friend discovered her in a barn when they moved into their new home. Their current cat didn’t get along with her, so we took her in. We named her Brunhilda (Hilly), and she very quickly showed just how sassy and power-filled she could be, ruling with an iron fist so to speak. She has currently outlived four of our dogs and another cat and although she was diagnosed with kidney disease a few years ago, she is still going strong and often shows off her kitten side. She keeps us on our toes, keeps us in line, and keeps us wondering what she is going to come up with next!
