Lucy was adopted from the Brandywine SPCA after spending a few months with Foster Mom Kathy Hein. Lucy was an abused dog by her owner and another dog in the family. When Lucy was turned over to the SPCA she needed eye surgery. Her eye lashes her growing into her eyes and it was very painful. Lucy still always had a smile on her face. Kathy Hein showed Lucy what love was and we have given her the best life anyone possibly could. She is the Princess of the house!!!!
