About My Pet
I rescued Cooper on 4/17/16 from the Georgetown, DE SPCA. He is an 11 month old terrier mix. He was originally adopted by a couple who then had a baby and couldn't handle both. Cooper was in the shelter for 4 days when I found him. He is smart and playful. He loves everyone!! He is a licker not a fighter 😊
