Bio
Melanie has been a contributing volunteer at Bread and Roses for 10 years. She is most grateful for the opportunity to bring love and joy through her music to those who cannot attend musical events. Melanie's career in the past two decades has included performances at the SweetWater in Mill Valley, CD releases at the Freight and Salvage, singing in concerts with many artists, including Liv Taylor, Chris Rowan, and Sir Rod Stewart at the Concord Pavilion. She can currently be found accompanying her students at Madera Elementary School in El Cerrito, or playing living room concerts in the Bay Area as well as in Maine in the summer.
