This beautiful girl came into our lives in 2007. We still talk about the day we picked her up at her foster home - she was full of spunk and mischief, and we adored her long ears and little round head . Little did we know that Izzy would capture our hearts in such a deep and meaningful way. Shortly after she joined our family, we adopted her brother, Whitey, because we learned that she made him more brave. They both loved playing with each other for hours on end, until they finally got tired out and were ready to snuggle together or with one of us. Izzy had a way of getting all the rubs! Sadly, she went to wait at the bridge in early 2020. We hold her unconditional love close to our hearts and think of her every day. In this photo, she’s smiling because she’s on a road trip with us to see Grammy and Gramps.
