My name is April, but my mama and papa call me April Mae when they’re trying to get my attention so I’ll listen to them. This usually happens when we’re on walks and I want to pull an inch further away than my leash allows or when I stand in one place and stare at people while they’re having private conversations. So, pretty much every day. I spend most days working with my mama in her home office and she’s told me my snoring helps her relax during her meetings. I’m not sure what being “Head of Household” means, but apparently it means I can have toys and beds in every single room. My favorite room is our downstairs movie room, where I lay down and listen to loud jazz music so I don’t hear scary rain, thunder, and fireworks. Every day I’m thankful that BREW helped me to meet mama and papa. I don’t know how they’d manage without me.
