Animal Bio
In August of 2018, I found my best friend and my soul dog at Brew Beagle. She was part of a trio Brew had named Huey, Dewy and Louie. They were siblings found running around homeless together. I adopted Louie and my Husband renamed her Bella. When she first walked into our meet with Brew Bob, I thought she was one of the most beautiful Beagles I had ever seen! She was so timid and she was shaking so hard that she could barely stand. When we first got her home she would never come out of her crate. Fast forward three weeks and we couldn't push her back in her crate. She only wanted to be with her family on the sofa or in our bed. This girl was my best friend, comfort, happiness and support for almost seven years. In 2021 I was very sick and bedridden for almost seven months after having Covid. Most days, through the pain, her smile and sweet face was the only thing that kept me going. I lost my sweet girl to a very aggressive form of Cancer in April. Watching her beautiful brown eyes close for the last time was crushing. I felt empty and my heart was broken. Although I know in order for there to be so much pain there had to be so much love. Bella was there for me through my darkest of days and as painful as it was, I was there in hers. I miss my sweet girl so very much and I thank Brew for bringing her into my life. We made so many beautiful memories together. I am late entering her into the contest because its still hard to look at her pictures. With teary eyes, I think I was able to find my favorite one of her.
