My Story
Beefy the Basset is a special boy - he has a hard and soft cleft palate as well as lip and nose! He was due to be euthanized due to not being able to nurse from his mother without aspirating. I picked Beefy up when he was only 5 hours old. He was tube fed for the first 5 weeks of his life then transitioned to solid foods while having to be fed in an upright position and drink out of a rabbit water bottle! He just had surgery to fix his palate and he is living his best life now!
