Rules

Eligibility:

Your entry photo may include one or more motorcycles with or without their owners.
Entries are limited to full patch, associate, and retired members of the Killeen, TX chapter of the National Association of Buffalo Soldiers and Troopers Motorcycle Club.
Photos must be submitted by the legal owner or with the permission of the owner.

Photo Guidelines:

Photos must be well-lighted, in focus, full-color, and not heavily filtered, edited, or altered.
Watermarked/copyrighted professional photographs or computer-generated images will not be accepted.
Photos deemed offensive, indecent, or obscene will be removed from the contest.

Contest Period:

The contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
All online photo entries must be submitted by 11:59:59 PM (Central Time) on Friday, June 27, 2025.
Online voting will begin at 12:00:00 AM (Central Time) on Saturday, June 28, 2025, and conclude at 9:00:00 PM (Central Time) on Sunday, July 13, 2025.

Ownership and Usage:

All photos submitted become the property of the Killeen, TX chapter of the Buffalo Soldiers and Troopers Motorcycle Club for calendar contest advertising purposes.

Calendar Selection:

The top 12 photo entries with the highest number of votes will be showcased in the 2026 calendar.

Winner Notification:

The winner will be contacted via the email address provided during entry.
If no response is received after three (3) business days, a new winner will be selected, and the previous winner will forfeit all rights to the prize.
