Maverick was adopted from the Brandywine Valley SPCA Georgetown Campus at just three months old on August 17th, 2021. His owner Mallory was doing news stories there for the annual Clear the Shelters adoption campaign. He reminded her of a gray cat her family used to have that also had an injured eye. It was very clear Maverick was meant to be a part of her family. He now has two big brother cats and two big sister cats and lots of toys to play with and towers to sit on.
