Mike started out as a foster at our house. He came to us by way of the New Castle SPCA where he was declining both mentally and physically.
Mike has been bringing smiles to us a little over a year. I never thought a 70 pound dog could be a lapdog, but here we are. Mike loves people and other animals and they love him.
