It was love at first sight last March when we met Rosa while she was out on Shelter Skip Day. After a few hours of deliberation, we marched to the New York Ave BVSPCA and brought her home that same day. She's fit into our lives in DC nicely ever since. Her business casual look helps her fit in with the other professionals here.
