Kipper was a stray from Washington DC and was very thin. He found his way into the Brandywine Valley Spca PetSmart adoption center in Plymouth meeting . While there he stole a volunteer's heart and promised her he would be the goodest boy. Kipper has kept his promise and is getting along well with the other dogs at home. He is living his best life and is not looking back.!
