This is Cooper. He's just a little guy - 4 pounds of energy and sass. He's a chihuahua/Yorkie mix and is 14 years old. He loves people (especially kids), other dogs (especially his blind fur sister, Evie), and his family (especially his dad). He usually looks a little more put together, but hey, even dogs have bad hair days.
