Your Pet's Story
Earl Grey was a feral kitten left by his mom under our deck along with his black and white brother (Jack Black). Both are visually impaired either from genetics or perhaps poisoning (antifreeze?)as kittens. You would not know it as Grey navigates the world very well by sound and hearing but it is clear he has vision issues as he can fall off things, get stuck on a ledge or walk into furniture.
He is so full of personality.
Grey was taught by the momma cat to stay quiet-he did not meow-until he met the vet, then he found his voice and hasn't stop since.
Mr. Grey is talented. He has taught himself how to open the back door lever handle and let himself in and out his catio. Great in the summer - not so great at -23C. Somehow he didn't think learning how to close the door was a priority. Catittude!
