Prizes & Winner
The top 6 pets with the highest votes and 6 additional judged entries will be featured in the 2022 CAHumane Calendar. 1stplace recipient of the most votes will be featured on the cover and January page of the Calendar. The Calendar will be available for sale in fall of 2021. Winners must be available for photo shoots with Chic & Grace Studios September 21 & 22 in Red Deer, AB. Due to photographers busy schedule alternate dates are likely not possible.
CAHUMANE will attempt to notify the top finalists via telephone or email as soon as possible after the contest closes. If the potential winners cannot be contacted within five (5) days after the date of the first attempt to contact him/her, the organizer may select an alternate potential winner in his/her place from the next non-winning, eligible top vote-getter. All winners will be required to attend a special photo session with Chic & Grace Studios August 6-8, winners must be available during these dates. Location of the photo shoot will be determined by the Photographer and CAHUMANE to ensure the pet's safety. Only pets will be featured in the calendar. Winners will receive one complimentary photo session for the Calendar shoot and a digital copy of three photos of their choice from the session as well as a 2022 CAHumane Calendar. 1st place winners from both the vote and judged category will additionally receive a canvas style print valued at $250+. Other prizes will be shown on Prize page of website.
