Finnegan McNeil is world renown as the "Hearing Alert Service Dog for One; Therapy Dog for the World" and lives on Panama City Beach as one of the top 50 canines in the world and is certified as one of the top 1,000 Public Figures on Facebook. His profiles and hashtag #winnegan are on Facebook and Twitter. Finnegan is considered one of the leading advocates for animals and the disabled in the world.
After years of training, Finnegan discerns what sounds to alert his owner by pushing his nose against his owner’s hand (muzzling), mouthing, pawing or by going back and forth to the sound (such as a doorbell). Finnegan also alerts his human of impending Meniere’s attacks about 10 to 30 minutes ahead of occurrence.
All proceeds from Finnegan's participation in this contest will be donated back to the Bay County Humane in support of his favorite local charity.
