Named after Sam Snead. Sam is a golfer so that's why we moved to Sunny Hills. He loves the short grass of the fairways and he is an expert at finding the balls in the bush. He rides on the cart like a true native of the course. If your out golfing in sunny hills and you see him be sure to say hello.
