Snickers was abandoned in an apt bc her owners broke up and decided she was not important enough. A family member posted her on fb to give away for free. I reached out to a rescue group to see if they would take her in. I agreed to foster her while she was vaccinated and checked out. Once she arrived at my house, we knew she wasn’t leaving. She got along very well with my two resident dogs. So I took her in and adopted her and she has been the best dog....she turns 8 in Oct. she has been to several obedience classes, she has done sheep herding trials, agility training, she has her CGC certificate. She goes everywhere with us and she has been a big sister to hundreds of fosters. She loves all animals and people. She loves the water more than anything....there is not a pool, trough, lake, puddle or any group of water she has refused. She is a Red Merle Standard Australian Shepherd and weighs around 45lbs.
