A little about me...
Bear was our third adopted furbaby. We adopted Babs first. I volunteered to foster a beautiful girl named Sunny. I got her right after she had surgery for her mammary tumors. We all hoped and prayed that was it, and she was going to be okay. We got to spend an amazing few months with her before she passed away. Babs was lonely, and she just wasn't herself. I had my heart set on another fur baby when someone said Mack (Bears name at the time) was available. So I got pictures, and I was trying to figure out how I was going to tell my family I was going to ”foster” another fur baby. Well, I did it the best way I know how, over cocktails. Bear is grumpy and sleeps with his eyes open. He has to have two eye ointments four times a day. Allergy medicine once per day, allergy shot once a month, and has to have prescription food. Babs likes him, but he knows She's in charge. We couldn't imagine life without him. In this picture, it was his first time in our new house. He hates clothes on him and belly bands even worse. He is protesting that he is wearing a belly band. He will lay there until it comes off. We know how boys can be, and he will mark the entire house. Bear now has two more brothers; I was ”fostering.” bear has the best smile when he's happy.
