Like a phoenix, Sophie Anne rose above the ashes to find her forever home. Found in a burned-out home, she had to be trapped so that CAMO could get her the care she needed. She was not used to human interaction but was very comfortable around other dogs. She spent 7 months in my home as a foster, where she slowly learned to trust people, walk on a leash and accept lap snuggles. She was adopted in April of 2024 and thrives with her new dad! She still does things in her own time, but has come such a long way! Her story is also featured in the book You Can Save the Puppies - Amazing True Stories from CAMO Rescue.
