Frankie has the most amazing personalitiy. He is so loving, full of fun and loves life. He has yet to discover that if he drops the frisbee, he can go and chase it again. Instead he runs around wearing it like a necklace. Frankie is loved by all who know him. He is a very proud member of O'Brien House at the school he visits to spend time with the students and staff.
