Our mission is "To work as one in helping homeless animals irrespective of breed, location or circumstance." It Takes A Village Rescue, Inc. is a no-kill, mostly volunteer rescue dedicated to doing what it takes to find loving homes for stray, abandoned, and surrendered animals, and to keep these animals safe and free from further suffering. By working with committed volunteers, foster homes, veterinarians, animal control organizations and trainers, we are able to rescue hundreds of dogs every year and provide them with loving temporary care as we work to find them well-matched forever homes. Although we do not discriminate based on breed, size or color, we have a particular interest in bully breeds, black dogs, dogs with medical needs and other hard-to-place dogs. ITV dogs are given the time, love and care needed to find their permanent home. We average over 120 animals in our care at any given time. WE WILL NOT STOP UNTIL ALL PAWS HAVE A HOME!
