Rules

The minimum donation for submitting a photo in the contest is $20 per photo.
Photos must be in color, clear, of good quality and high resolution. We are only able to accept online submissions.
This contest is open to anyone. Your photo entry does not have to be of an ITV rescue. We love all animals and welcome entries from all guardians.
ALL PHOTOS BECOME THE PROPERTY OF IT TAKES A VILLAGE NO-KILL RESCUE. Entrants grant It Takes A Village No-Kill Rescue authority to utilize each submitted photo in advertising and promotional materials without compensation or permission.
Any image or content that is deemed inappropriate, indecent or obscene, as determined by ITV Rescue, will be removed from the contest.
Photographs must either feature pets owned by the entrant, fostered by entrant OR the entrant must have permission from the pet's owner and/or photographer to submit their pet's image. Copyrighted or professional photos must be accompanied by authorization from the photographer.
Donations are fully tax-deductible as permitted by law. It Takes A Village No-Kill Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless It Takes A Village No-Kill Rescue and each of their respective officers, directors, representatives, volunteers and agents (the Released Parties) from and against any claims of any nature arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any prize.
The Contest is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
It Takes A Village No-Kill Rescue reserves the right to modify these rules without prior notification.
If you are the winner but not able to attend the Canine Carnival Ball as scheduled, you may designate someone to attend on your behalf with prior permission from It Takes A Village. If you are your designated representative are not able to attend with the animal winner of the contest, you will not request any refund of the cost of dinner from It Takes a Village. It Takes A Village will make arrangements with you to provide other prizes to you at a mutually agreeable time.
The contest is limited to small domesticated animals such as dogs and cats.
