Marshall is a canines and kitties alumni and a foster fail on my part. Despite being special needs and having seizures, he is the sweetest, happiest little guy you’ll ever meet! He loves treats, snuggles, and jumping as high as he can when excited. His future is uncertain but he is living his best life in every moment!
