- Make a $5 donation to Citizens for Animal Protection for each photo entered

- Multiple entries are encouraged

- Prizes will be awarded to 5 winners (Best in Show, Most Creative Costume, Funniest Costume, Cutest Costume, Best Group)

- Make a $1 donation (per vote) to Citizens for Animal Protection to vote for each of your favorite photos

- Entries must be submitted before October 31, 2016, at 9:00 p.m. CST

- Photos containing more than one pet will only be eligible to win "Best Group" category

- We cannot accept hard copies of photos, photos with digital overlays, photo stickers or doodles, or any copyrighted or professional photos

- Once entered, photos become the property of Citizens for Animal Protection and may be used for print and marketing purposes

- Notification: Winners of each category will be notified by telephone or email on or about November 1, 2016. If winners cannot be contacted, or in the event of noncompliance with these Fundraiser rules and requirements, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.
